What's the difference between a game and a mission?

If you compare it to traditional scavenger hunt terminology, the game is the hunt and the missions are the tasks. In other words, each game is made up of a bunch of missions that teams have to complete for points.

Does everyone need to have a smartphone?

Nope. Only one person per team needs to have an iPhone or Android smartphone. If more than one person has one, that's even better, but only one person per team needs to have one.

Do you help with missions?

While we don't directly help you choose the missions for your mission list, we've taken our most popular missions and made them available to you at no extra cost. Most people find this very helpful.

Is the satisfaction guarantee legit?

All of our games our 100% satisfaction guaranteed. If you aren't happy with the product, let us know and we'll process a refund for you. No joke.

Can more than one person per team be logged in at the same time?

Yes. As long as all team members join the same team, their submissions will all count together. There's no extra charge for this.

What if I don't want teams?

If you don't want teams, that's not a problem. Just set the game to be an "Individual Participants" game in the game manager. When joining, participants follow the usual steps, but now without any prompts to join or create a team.

Is there a discount for multiple games?

Absolutely. If you are going to be running multiple games, please contact us and we'll put together a discount for you based on your usage.

Is there a limit to the number of teams involved?

No. The only thing limiting the number of teams is the game type (e.g. the types above). We've had thousands of people playing the same game at once without issue.
